Orders & Payment
All confirmed orders are final. Cancellation is not permitted once production has commenced. Store credit may be considered subject to approval only if manufacturing has not started.
Orders below SGD 2,000 require full payment upon confirmation. Orders of SGD 2,000 and above require a 50 percent deposit, with the balance payable before delivery. Ex-stock items require full payment upon confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are arranged in advance. Estimated timelines may vary due to production and logistics factors.
Free delivery is available for orders above SGD 1,500 nett. A transport fee of SGD 100 applies to orders below SGD 1,500 and to rescheduled deliveries. A fee of SGD 150 applies to failed delivery attempts. Stair access beyond Level 3 is chargeable at SGD 20 per floor per staff.
Storage Policy
Indent orders include four weeks of complimentary storage from warehouse arrival. Ex-stock orders include twelve weeks of complimentary storage from the date of purchase.
Invoices up to SGD 17,500 are charged SGD 350 per month. Invoices above SGD 17,500 are charged 2 percent of the invoice value per month. All storage charges must be fully settled prior to delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective. Defects must be reported at the point of delivery. Damage reported after delivery will not be accepted. Natural leather markings, wood grain, and marble veining are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
Warranty
A one-year warranty applies from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Product suitability is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Items under COM or COL Customer Own Material or Leather are excluded from warranty.
