Orders & Payments

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted.
This is especially the case for indent or made-to-order items, which are placed with the manufacturer shortly after confirmation.

In certain circumstances where production has not yet begun, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayNow
  • Credit / debit cards
  • Cash

Our team will provide the relevant payment details when your order is confirmed.

Do I have to pay in full when placing an order?
Orders below SGD 2,000 require full payment upon confirmation.

For orders above SGD 2,000, a 50% deposit is required to secure the order.
The remaining balance must be settled before delivery is scheduled.
Are custom or made-to-order items refundable?
Custom, made-to-order or indent items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are specially produced or ordered according to the selected specifications.

We recommend confirming all finishes, dimensions and materials carefully before placing your order.

Delivery & Logistics

When will my order be delivered?
Our team will coordinate the delivery schedule with you once your items are ready.

Delivery timelines provided at the point of purchase are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, supplier lead times and shipping arrangements.
What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or site readiness, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Our team will assist in arranging a new delivery date.
Can delivery be postponed if my renovation is delayed?

Delivery may be postponed within the complimentary storage period provided for your order.

If storage is required beyond this period, additional storage fees may apply.

Our team will be happy to discuss suitable delivery arrangements with you.
Are there additional charges for difficult delivery access?

Standard delivery assumes normal lift access and clear entry to the premises.

Additional charges may apply in situations such as:
  • Stair carry
  • Long carrying distances
  • Restricted lift access
  • Special handling requirements

If you are unsure about delivery access, we recommend informing our team in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Product & Materials

Will the product look exactly like the showroom sample?

Many of our products use natural materials such as marble, wood, leather and stone.

Variations in colour, texture, grain and pattern are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.

Lighting conditions and monitor displays may also affect how colours appear.
Can I customise materials, finishes or sizes?

Certain products may offer customisation options such as alternative fabrics, finishes or sizes, depending on the manufacturer.

Our team will be happy to advise you on the available options for each product.
Do your products come with warranty?

Warranty coverage varies depending on the manufacturer and product type.

If applicable, warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase.

The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Returns & Responsibility

Can I return an item?

Returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

As many of our products are indent or made-to-order, we encourage customers to confirm specifications carefully before placing an order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

All items should be inspected at the time of delivery.

If any damage or defect is identified, please report it immediately to our delivery team and ensure it is documented.

Claims reported after delivery may not be eligible for review.
What happens if I arrange my own transport or collection?

If you choose to arrange your own transport or collect items from our warehouse, responsibility and risk transfer to you once the items are collected.

We recommend ensuring appropriate transport arrangements to prevent damage during handling and delivery.
